Any Communist Party not rooted in Democratic Socialism is an automatic HP. And I believe that Japan is the only one that qualifies.

Greek conscripts taught me how to spin a begleri.  (I'm quite excellent at it too)

Greek conscripts taught me that frappes are best made with instant coffee

Greek conscripts taught me about life and love.

Just sayin'

Far too pragmatic but an overall positive force for the international communist movement.

Still a dumb idea. It is always the far left or the far right that wants to do "Brexit" for their own country.

Massive HP. Reactionary Russia shills whose policies with regard to the EU and the economy would utterly ruin Greece forever. It's actually a mystery to me how the party manages to survive and keep their base of support in high single digits so static.

Pure irony here is that my great-grandfather Andreas Tsipas was briefly the party's general secretary in the early 1940s before he became a communist partisan during the Greek civil war (he died in 1956, one year before my father was born). I guess he'd be appalled of my political views today.
