Enjoying how these threads are always divided between those who are doing serious thinking about who Trump may pick for VP and those who do wish fulfillment fantasies like "I think Trump will pick OJ Simpson because he wants a loyalist."

Donald's idea of "serious thinking" is: "Who will look like a Vice-President on TV, while not upstaging me, yet be utterly loy- hey someone said Trump on FOX News!"
Your post reminds me of 2015-2016 when people thought he would pick Scott Baio as VP instead of Mike Pence and appoint Judge Judy instead of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court.

Fairly expected choices, if accurate.

Suck it, Elise Stefanik! Your sycophantry was for nothing.

I'm not really sure what benefits Noem would bring to the ticket. Women already hate Trump and I'm not sure how she patches anything up with that group, she's just as anti-choice and anti-woman as he is. She also comes from one of the least-populated and most conservative states in the country, so she doesn't bring any geographic advantages to the table. Palin 2.0 vibes.

He's not gonna pick Tim Scott because he voted to certify the election and said Mike Pence did the right thing.

I wouldn't pay any attention to rumors until any actual announcement.

Agreed. I think the media just wants to write about the issue. That's also why each time an incumbent is up, there's some bogus talk the vice president gets dumped from the ticket.

If he picks either of these two it will be to bring more diversity to the ticket, and if that happens the people complaining about Kamala being a diversity hire better not be silent.

Why do people keep falling for this? Trump and his campaign have been doing this for months. They say "vice-president" and get free coverage about something other than his crimes, and his attempts to escape justice.

Obviously there's nothing stopping him from choosing someone other than these two.

If those are the two options, it better be Tim Scott.

Both of those are losers choices.

They bring no votes, just an invitation to remove him by force.
