That's it. The Dobbs decision hasn't impacted Trump, neither have the legal situations.

Dobbs definitely has impacted the message Democrats can use against Trump. Even if voters don't personally blame Trump for Dobbs (questionable), Dobbs could still have impacts on turnout, especially on the Dem side.

Presidential elections nowadays are full-turnout affairs, regardless. The biggest question to me, is does VBM utilization look more like 2020, or like 2021-2023.
