Tim Scott won it during his 22' re-election.

Highly unlikely. Tim Scott has always overperformed there compared to the top of the ticket.

Scott's performance isn't a very good baseline. He's always been an overperformer and the Democrat who ran against him was exceptionally weak.

Very unlikely as state is 27% African-American so would need to probably get around 20% or more of the Black vote which I don't see happening.  Amongst whites state seems very inelastic with GOP consistently in low 70s and Democrats in high 20s.  Much like its neighbor North Carolina, South Carolina is actually surprisingly stable just GOP does better.  Its pretty consistently GOP around 55% and Democrats 42-45% depending on size of third party support.

He could win it by a margin of 20 points if he wins the Popular Vote by around 4, but given 3rd parties I doubt that translates to getting 60+.

Most likely 55-35 against Biden.

We've been a 55-44 state for a while. Trump isn't getting 60% of the vote in the general here.
