I think 70 percent or less could be considered "bad" for Biden.

But turnout will be key:

It looks like a very low turnout election tomorrow, with only 100-200.000 people voting.

That's just 3-6% turnout among the 3.3 million registered voters.

If only 150k people vote, it would be bad for Biden. 100k would be really bad, because Black voters and others didn't turn out for him. It would be a non-representative primary, with Biden having no credibility.

Yup, 70% sounds like a valid benchmark. Below that would look bad for him. The 70s would still be somewhat of an underperformance, imho. He should easily pass 80%.
