Hard to say considering Gorsuch consistently voting in ways many Native Americans would consider favorable to their interests is something I was unaware of.
While from what I could find, much of the Native American voting-age population tends to vote Democratic (per this article here:
https://www.hcn.org/articles/indigenous-affairs-how-indigenous-voters-swung-the-2020-election, an increased turnout may have contributed to flipping Arizona and Wisconsin blue).
If Gorsuch's record on their interests was highlighted, I could see Trump being competitive with the Native population (though a lot of the other states with large Native American populations such as Montana, the Dakotas and Oklahoma are pretty strongly Republican as it is).
