Biden's write-in number has been lowered by 400 over the weekend:

It's 79.096 now, but it was already at 79.500 last week.

Other candidates went up instead.

I could be wrong, but I don't think NH SOS ever had it at 79.5. That was CNN, NBC, NYT, etc. The last time I think NH SOS updated it was 77k

No, SOS had it at 79.5k too last week (see Wikipedia, they use SOS as source).

A few cities probably revised Biden down by 400 votes. Not that it matters.

I have read that NH will actually have 10 delegates to the DNC convention.

Is this true?

I was thinking NH's whole delegation was removed from the DNC as a punishment for the calendar dispute.

If there are 10 delegates, Phillips should get 2 or 3 delegates, right?

No. NH may get 10 delegates but the primary has nothing to do with allocating them. I don't know how the DNC will select the delegates but they are clear the primary was non compliant and didn't mean a thing.

If they take voter choices into account, they should award Phillips 2 or 3 delegates.

Phillips will be a distant memory by the time the convention rolls around and my guess is Biden is nominated by acclamation so none of this really matters but technically anyone who participated in the NH primary is ineligible for any delegates. It's up to the DNC and the NH Democratic party to negotiate the makeup of the 10 delegates, my guess is the 10 will officially be unpledged but will in reality be Biden supporters.

The delegates will be seated because they always are even when they say they won't be, but NH delegates won't be in the roll call. Either they move for acclimation from the start or when Delaware gets called.
