Not under these circumstances, no.
The ruling is outrageous, but the election is for delegates, not for Trump, and the President is elected not by the people, but by the Electoral College. The President is nominated not by votes, but by a convention of delegates. An independent slate of delegates that would actually be supporters of Trump could be nominated. The Colorado ruling, outrageous as it is, does not constrain delegates to the RNC from nominating Trump or voting from Trump.
The RNC could change its rules to address this unprecedented situation. I suppose that in anticipation of more of these outrageous actions, they could come up with a formula by which to allow for the selection of delegates that would, in effect, name delegates that would vote in proportion to the actual will of those states where "Trump was kept off the ballot".
I would suggest that no Court could keep Trump from being considered by the Electors of the EC. I guarantee that if THAT happened, and it was allowed to stand, that would be opening a can of worms that would not end well. I don't want to find out just how badly something like this would end up, but this depends on restraint from those who wish to keep Trump off the ballot and the public be damned.
