Definitely Chapel Hill, NC, and probably most of Orange County NC at large. Even the rural areas are freakishly liberal; you'll find isolated neighborless houses in the rural boonies with rainbow flags, leftist/hippie homemade porch signs, and/or (after 24 February 2022) Ukrainian flags. Similar to Dane County WI from what I hear.
