Are you not noting that Migrendal is being recalled?
He will only be recalled after the Supreme Court rules on the Federal Activity Act.

He will only be recalled after the Supreme Court rules on the legality of it.

Note that I have ordered an injuction to prevent a recall until the Court can hear the case.

Isn't the Senate 3A seat is vacant now, since Senator hughento moved out of the district to Oregon?

Yep. I didn't want to be a lame duck senator Smiley

I believe until Nym is confirmed that the seat is vacant, although if there are any urgent official duties for the seat, I'm sure either my former fellow D# Senator Texasgurl or myself could deal with it.

I would like to point out that the Governorship of the Midwest Region should currently be listed as "Vacant", as PBrunsel cannot be both President and Governor.

No, until a new Sec. of Defense is confirmed, the current one remains the default one, unless he resigns.  What party is Liberty, anyway?

If you don't count independents, we still do.  Also, the original court was Democrat controlled.
