Mid-Atlantic.  Most of population is in Wilmington-Newark corridor along I-95.  Mid-Atlantic mentality and a Philadelphia accent.  South of Dover is Dixie except for shore points.

The Delmarva Peninsula with the exception of the shore points are basically in Dixie.  Farming is HUGE and Southern accents a plenty.  Also strong GOP territory.  The Pine Barrens of Southern NJ are the same way without the Southern accents.

New Castle County is Mid Atlantic

Kent and Sussex seem to act more like the Upper South than the Mid Atlantic.

That's close to what I've said before
