Where do you see America in 100 years politically, socially, economically, technologically and militarily?

In a "special relationship" with the world's one big superpower. Much like Britain today.

I see America as being 100 years older, provided that it still exists.

Hopefully split into about 10-15 different countries.

If still one monolithic country, we'll be on the downside. Countries aging tend to do that. No longer a superpower, but somewhat respected, like France is today.

Ummm...France isn't respected. Tongue They are basically the limo libs who have everyone's interrest in mind but that offend and talk down to people to the point that these poor people France has in mind go against their intererst just make France kiss their ass. Much like how John Kerry played out it 2004 to poor rural people and how the GOP will play out in the suburbs if they don't nominate Guliani....France just comes off sounding like a parent to a small child than someone who is actually interested in helping adults.

Whether rightly or wrongly, I think you just described most foreigners' impression of our country.
