If I remain in the Senate  we will continue the campaign to browbeat the Senate into passing this bill.

We will bring this policy up until it passes. After all, we're gaining support each time:

SB 116-54 failed cloture 3-8-2-5
SB 117-58 failed cloture 5-8-1-4
This iteration made it to a genuine passage vote and currently has 6 votes in favor.

Is this going to be like the single-payer debate irl where this bill gets reintroduced for the next 80 years (in this case I assume 80 months) but goes nowhere?
