Well, Missouri and Kentucky did secede, but that's another issue.

Maryland did use to be quite Southern; it was a slave state back in the day. The citizens of Baltimore attacked the Union army as it marched South to DC in the opening weeks of the War.

But now it's like a crappy mix of NJ and Delaware.
