You know, because he's such a great environmentalist, we need more Hummers on the roads.
It's got lots of cuts for poor people, old people, the environment.
But plenty of money for prisons.
It looks like Arnold IV is out: "Haha, I'm re-elected, you stupid girlie-men".

Appearantly when it comes to actually paying for things that will help the environment, Arnold is 100% anti-environment.

I should note that gas in the bay area is already $3.50 a gallon, and is only going to go up if Arnold makes public transportation even sh**ttier than it already was from his previous cuts.

Arnold is cutting basically anything that helps the poor and the environment, and he refuses to ever raise taxes. At least he's not cutting housing for the poor: prison spending is way up.
