That is right. How can there be any racism in Bosnia and Serbia when they don't have any black people?

African-American soldiers I served with in the Balkans would tell us--upon their return to our unit--about how racist the Balkan countries were and how they were constantly denied entry to bars/clubs during their R&R days in places like FYROM and Bulgaria (yes, if you're one of the few lucky ones who serve in multinational NATO commands on deployments to that part of the world, you get off-days where you can pretty much go wherever you wanted.  But it was only like 2 days per month).

Something that never happened to them in Western Europe.   Unless they were foolish enough to go somewhere like Saxony. 

Of course, it probably didn't help matters that they went out in groups with only their "fellow brothas".  lol
