I'm going to say no effect but if it goes on for a long time then this could really divide the right. One of the biggest potential rifts among conservatives right now is between the Evangelicals that are very supportive of Israel and the isolationists who want nothing to do with Israel (and this may provoke some outrage here but it's a fact that the latter group includes a lot of people who simply hate Israel and Jews, which makes it more difficult). This also takes attention away from Ukraine which I don't think is hurting Biden much if at all but given the economy, support for Ukraine might be a tougher sell for swing voters so it could help Biden if attention is pulled away from that.

I don't think it's fair to assume that American Muslims somehow sympathize with Hamas' terrorist actions. They're probably just as mortified as everyone else. It's a counterproductive incident even if you favor a two-state solution and are critical of Israel.

This, as well as the fact that extreme anti-Israel progressives who supported Biden in the past to stop Trump are already all over social media downplaying the seriousness of 500+ dead in terrorist attacks. Most Americans don't care about the middle east or Israel sadly and they should because what is happening is absolutely horrific and this is a global issue/intelligence failure but from a pure political point of view this doesn't matter for the election. The issue is if it raises oil prices , which is likely,  this could move Bidens approval down to the low to mid 30s pretty soon so we're reaching a point where the party may step in and tell him he cannot run again. I believe there are serious conversations happening right now behind the scenes to encourage Biden to drop out. Trump is favored to win at this point (things can change). Anyone else saying otherwise is just not being honest. He really is an awful individual but Biden's mismanaging of the economy/inflation plus giving 140$ billion to Ukraine really will doom the democrats in 2024 in my opinion with independents. Americans vote on the economy and the independent vote will shift to Trump in a flip of 2020.
