Ukraine hasn't achieved all its objectives so they still want to keep fighting. It is not at all clear that Russia wouldn't crack first in a war of attrition or that the stalemate won't be broken in the future. There after all is no general rule that democracies don't outlast dictatorships if you actually look at history, and Ukraine are fighting for their homeland and obviously are a lot more motivated than the Russians.

Ukraine can't accept losing 15% of their country and can't accept the awful tyranny their citizens in the occupied territories are living under. No country could justify allowing that to happen to them when they can prevent it.
Germany lost 15% of their country after WWII, with their citizen driven out by war crimes. It's shameful that US and UK let this happen.

no, it's shameful that the US and the other Allies didn't dissolve Germany and expel the Germans from Europe. They had morally forfeited their right to exist as a nation and should either have been spread out across the world or have been resettled in the Sahel or somewhere equally desolate and left to perish. You can't compare scumbag nations like the Germans, Russians and Turks with decent ones like the Ukrainians. Sometimes a scumbag nation can be dealt with without dissolving it like Japan, since it's an island nation and only needed to be prevented from expanding overseas, but with land powers dissolution is the only permanent solution.

Yes, their citizens were ultimately driven out by war crimes - their own.

Your level of racism and lack of humanity is insane. German contributions to modern civilization are arguably top tier, if not the singular in the first tier, especially in science, philosophy, music, technology. I am saying this not as a German descendant (I am not).

Why would Biden want to end a conflict that is weakening a geo-strategic obstacle in Russia, increasing demand for weaponry, and lowering the global supply of both grain and oil? The only real question from his perspective is whether the country can reshore sufficient resources fast enough to stem inflation before he loses re-election and Trump gets to reap the benefit of a consensus policy.

To a great extent, the continued fascination with Nazi Germany lies in how such a cultured and well advanced society in many ways was captured by this horrific and misanthropic ideology.
