Republicans won’t overturn a Biden win in North Carolina because if he’s winning NC he already has enough electoral votes to win without it.
They nearly overturned the Biden win in Wisconsin last time, even though he had enough electoral votes to win without it.

It is worth noting that previously the governor appointed bipartisan state election boards and got to have a majority for his party.

McCrory lost in 2016 by 10000 votes which were certified by his own R-majority boards.

The stuff they just passed is not as bad as the stuff they tried to pass in 2016.
