...Chris Christie

https://civiqs.com/results/favorable_chris_christie?uncertainty=true&annotations=true&zoomIn=true&net=true

Even worse than Ron DeSantis, if you could believe it

Chris Christie has a net disapproval rating of 48%. Joe Biden has a net disapproval rating of 12%. Trump and DeSantis each have net disapproval ratings in the 20s. Chris Christie would be the easiest candidate for Joe Biden to beat in a general election.

Regardless of party, race, gender, age, or educational attainment, there is not a single demographic group that has a positive view of Chris Christie.

Christie and Pence would probably lose the worst for different reasons.

Somehow Trump is still the candidate most likely to beat Biden.

I actually think that the guy Biden beats the easiest at this point is DeSantis. Horrible campaigner and Trump is likely to sabotage his campaign.

But the worst candidate is Trump, obviously.

DeSantis would at least hold onto the solid Republican states (Trump+10 or above states in 2020) plus carry Florida and Texas. Christie is so unpopular that I could easily see Biden winning over 400 electoral votes against him.

This. Both from a moral and electoral perspective.

Traditional GOP votes alone will not win, unless something drives turnout into the mud, or the non-GOP vote splits. And convicted criminal organization head Donald Trump is going to have the least appeal to swing or indy voters.

But he's more #secular and #moderate than the other Republicans, you see? /s

Often candidates with integrity have the least appeal to swing voters and Indies. Trump might lose bigly, but his convictions wouldn't be the primary reason.

Trump is the most likely to beat Biden because it eliminates the possibility of Trump running an independent candidacy and splitting the Republican vote.
