Personally, I’m watching Trump and Tucker. The sham of a presidential debate that’s taking place today isn’t worth my immediate attention.

Without question, the Republican debate. With or without Trump, I want to learn about the candidates' positions and ability to "perform" well on stage. I don't care at all to hear Trump repeat the same talking points on Tucker... blah blah blah. I think as of tomorrow morning Chris Christie and Doug Burgum (ASSUMING he participates in light of his basketball injury) will sky rocket in the polls. Christie might be around 15% and Burgum might go up to like 8%

I'll probably put the debate on after I get home from a friend-date tonight.  No real interest in what Trump has to say.

I have dinner out tonight but will be recording the debate. I have no reason to watch Trump. It will be an hour long comedy routine where he will air his grievances as he does in every speech/interview he does.

The debate. Mildly annoyed it's starting so late though, means it'll be going till 11 PM.

This debate might finish whatever is left of DeSantis.

Not a Republican, but I’m expecting Vivek to do well, Christie will consolidate the anti trump vote, DeSantis is honestly a wildcard IMHO….could have a break out moment. I expect Haley pence to bomb, and Tim Scott to stay steady.

Still on the end, trump is the 800lb gorilla.

The debates. I know Trump is insane and I can get the highlights from Kyle Griffin or Aaron Rupar. The debate is much better to watch in its entirety.

You're on Atlas, you need a "Not a Republican, want to see results" option.

This is the first R debate in over 7 years so obviously that. Trump interviews are a dime a dozen and he will probably be going on Tucker's show at least 10 more times before the election anyway.

Trump interviews are very refreshing and interviewing, though. I love how he talks so candidly about his relationships with other leaders. He talks like a retired football coach who now gives play-by-plays on ESPN. The only other (former) President who was as interesting to listen to was, ironically, Nixon.

He talks like a mentally disabled person, lmao. I don't understand what you people hear when he speaks. This isn't elitism on my part, I'm a very trashy person. I've watched and enjoyed Jason Takes Manhattan many times. I am the bottom of the barrel as far as people go. Yet when I hear Trump speak it's like listening to a small child with developmental disorders babble about nonsense. It's embarrassing.

The only thing that makes him remotely intelligible is the fact that you can see his body language and hear the tone of his voice. If you just read a transcript of his comments it becomes impossible to follow his train of thought.

There's a prediction thread for Trump's weight at his booking in Fulton County today, but I think that's overestimating it a bit. Wink
