Adam Kinzinger Names GOP Rival He Thinks Trump Is 'Scared To Death Of'
Quote
“Donald Trump is a coward. He’s scared to death of Chris Christie,” said Kinzinger, now a senior CNN political commentator, on “The Situation Room.” “I think Chris Christie is gonna wipe the floor with him, and I think that’s what he’s afraid of.”

Kinzinger predicted that Christie, one of the only Republican presidential candidates willing to criticize Trump, is going to really “bring the show and point out the cowardice of Donald Trump.”

The classic SNL Chicken Trump skit seems appropriate here:

Trump already wiped the floor with Christie in 2016 and then Christie went to work for Trump and then continued to support him through all the obvious lies, crimes, and undermining of our institutions, up until the very end of his presidency. What does he have to be afraid of?

I don't think trumps scared but it's like why would you debate if your polling like a incumbent? At the same time I don't think trump has that debate mojo he had back in 2015 he's old & christie could probably run circles on him because of that.

Good question! We should watch how they interact tonight at the debate and see.

Trump confirms he skipped debate out of cowardice (specifically fear of Christie) in Tucker Carlson interview:

Quote
"Do I sit there for an hour or two hours, whatever it's going to be, and get harassed by people that shouldn't even be running for president?" Trump said in the 46-minute interview. "Should I be doing that at a network that isn't particularly friendly to me?".
Quote
Trump attacked some of his rivals early, calling former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson "nasty," and cited him as an example of someone who shouldn't be on the debate stage, along with former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. Both Christie and Hutchinson have been critical of Trump and said he shouldn't be running for president.

"I'm going to have all these people screaming at me, shouting questions at me, all of which I love answering, I love doing. But it doesn't make sense to do them so I'm taking a pass," Trump said.

Quote
“He runs solely on the basis of ‘Let’s get Trump,’” the former president said. “He’s like a savage maniac. He’s like a lunatic. And that’s all he talks about. His poll numbers are very, very low.”

All the tough-guy talk from Trump, and he's afraid to stand on a stage with two former governors and take questions from Fox News. The only thing more pathetic and cowardly than Donald Trump are his supporters.
