No. Biden and co. should stay well out of this and focus instead on implementing/selling their policies. Trump is an odious character who is getting what should be coming to him regardless of who's in power. Hopefully over time more and more people will come to see this is no witch hunt - though I don't think there is any preventing a sizable minority from seeing it as nothing else.

No. He has said many times the administration is going to stay out of the affairs of the Justice Department particularly with respect to Trump. This would be putting his hand on the scale.
