Establishment of Opebo Day Bill

1. The sixth of October is hereby designated "Opebo Day", a federal holiday.
2. All federal institutions are to be closed on this day.
3. This is in honor of Opebo's infamous "Max Hardcore" quote which was originally issued on that date in the year of 2005.

That this bill be amended in its entirety as follows:

Establishment of Nazi Jihad Hooray for Communism Day
1. The twentieth day of April is hereby designated "Nazi Jihad Hooray for Communism Day", a federal holiday.
2. All federal institutions are to be closed on this day.
3. This is for no particular reason whatsoever.

I oppose the amendment. There is no need for such a day.

However, a day is needed to celebrate this:

Am I to assume that this bill is merely a more convoluted form of yet another BRTD poll, in which he puts forward a deified view of Opebo that pretty much nobody will share?  I literally do not believe I have ever encountered anybody so unable to take a hint.

I propose the following Amendment and ask all senators to vote "yea" as a protest to BRTD

Proposed Amendment

Change the bill title to:
Establishment of Nazi Jihad Hooray for Communism Day

Strike sections 1-3 and add these sections 1-3:
1. The ninth day of April is hereby designated "Nazi Jihad Hooray for Communism Day", a federal holiday.
2. All federal institutions are to be closed on this day.
3. This is for no particular reason whatsoever.
