Cloture fails 5-7-1-5.

If there are further amendments to be proposed please get them posted, otherwise I'm not understanding why this can't just proceed to a vote, however it will go. I've voted for cloture on several bills from the minority this session.

I'm not happy with the current version of the bill, which is why but there's an unwill to amend the version as well.

So i just belief it's better to table this and re-attempt in a more favourable senate session to us, because i don't want a watered down version of amending the bills when it's still not acceptable for me.

Ideally, i want all three to be fully repealed and as long that cannot be done, than this makes little sense to me at all.

Legally all three CAN be repealed simultaneously. As explained above, the Repeal limitation rule had a 90 day expiration, which has been activated, and its renewal was tabled. We could Repeal all Mr. R bills at once if desired.

But it has been rejected by the senate. I know it can be legally be done

But there are some senators here that clearly do not know what they want.

Just stuff like this doesn't do the cut for me

This for instance hardly captures what is wrong with the bill in its entirety. If that is what one considers the only thing that is wrong with the bill, than I prefer to not even discuss it furthermore.
