Hey States, have you ever had deep fried chicken skin?  I have just been eating a whole big plate of that - I think they were feet originally, but with the bones removed..  They deep fry them so they end up very similar to pork cracklins.  Salty, fatty, delicious!

No dude, that'd be going a little to far, even for me.

I swear, if you ate two of these you'ld eat two platesful.  They're delicious and addictive.
