I made a map for all four districts. The Board of Equalization is currently two liberals and two conservatives.

Is the second con Mike Schaefer, the 80 year old first time winner? Born in 1938... only in the US.
Yes. Schaefer supports the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association. Schaefer even won a second term. I live in Schaefer's district.
