Three Days Away from a Constitutional Crisis

I think some of you need a little more faith in us.

1. After the last two months I don't have much faith left in pretty much anything IRL, much less in game.

2. Hardly anyone says what they are doing, what their timetable is or keeps the public at large informed. I think Laki has tried to do this with his office thread in recent times.

3. We are at the one year anniversary of when a Labor administration, conspired to hijack an election based on just the right combination of hubris, narcissism and collectivism occasionally emanating from left wing echo chambers and presently being shoved in our faces by both the National Socialist Front over there and mused about being replicated by a traitor adjacent on what I guess passes for the "Community discord for Atlasia".

4. Here we have a Labor administration whose activity is not even being defended by its own party members at this point, a Labor adjacent SoFE and a Labor Supreme Court with not the best track record of resolving cases in a timely matter recently.

5. Yet we are expected to divine your time table, I guess with Tarrot cards and tea leaves and "have faith in you", over a week after an election with just days before swear in time?

6. And to top it all I get my own personal warning from the Labor Chair. I guess I will frame that. I wonder if Scott has one of those.

Against all this backdrop, you would think their might be some sense of "hey we might want to be a little more transparent and communicating considering the subject matter, the recent history and the desire to avoid even the appearance of impropriety".

And regarding about taking the heat. I have been dealing with various threats on Atlasia because of ruling I made and when I was more active. I had to deal with various vicious assassination campaigns and as well attempts to write fake convos where I would be saying racist stuff to get me removed.

The new congress is set to swear in on Friday at Noon, and for the first time in my memory, the entire At-large class won't be able to take their seats.

Establishing the Constitutional Concern:

The At-large are suppose to represent the people of the nation in the Senate and thus without them the "people at-large" are effectively being disenfranchised and deprived of their constitutional rights.

Summarizing the Case's deficiencies:

It would be one thing if things were proceeding apace and we had some idea of what is going on and how long the delay might be, but we don't.

The court case has been completely one sided with the Plantiff and a litany of third party briefs as well.

Criticizing the DoFE For lack of response:

However, there has been nothing from the DoFE,

Criticizing the AG for lack of coordinating legal representation for a Gov't agency:

the Attorney General or any representative thereof,

My own criticism of the court:

no guidance from the court on how to resolve this matter in the absence of action on the part of the defendant.

Criticizing the President's lack of interest or involvement:

No public indication of any involvement or concern from the President that his government is about to stumble into a constitutional crisis, and thus no way to know what has been said or done on his part to try and ensure legal representation for the DoFE.

Addressing a potential excuse for innaction on the part of the President:

Sure we made DoFE constitutionally independent to prevent his firing by the President, but that does not preclude ensuring representation or action in a court case pertaining to an election and the communication necessary to carry it out to avert a disaster of this magnitude.

Establishing my Personal Standing and Vested Interest:

I voted for my damn Senators, I want them to represent me beginning Friday.

Demanding public Transparency:

The people deserve to know what the hell is going on. Not on discord, not in exclusive chat rooms and PMs, but here on the damn boards.

Just 7.051282% of my post in anyway referenced the actions of the court itself. Are you saying my statement of facts is wrong. Did the court publicly state anything between the missed deadline and the issuing of the verdict?

If this "court certifies the election as is on the basis of time", then it has conspired to steal an election (on the one year anniversary of your homeboys trying to do likewise I would point out), and we should start the impeachments and "finish the job" (a reference to the National Socialist Front's motto") by ending Labor's existence.

Because after two Aprils in a row of trying to steal an election from the people, its pretty much got nothing else going for it, is just a criminal enterprise and would deserve it.
