Raskin may not wanna give up his safe House seat & quickly-earned status therein for a likely losing effort, & even if he does, her strong PGC base & Moore allyship would likely clinch, especially a plurality in a 3-way race featuring Trone. Sarbanes ain't running. And, obviously, no Republican candidacy - even Hogan or Steele - goes anywhere.
