Tennessee and Utah are two solidly Republican states that have no chance of flipping in the near future, but should it occur, which one does it first?

Utah but until 2016 it would've been one of the last couple states to flip.  It's trended with the rest of the west.  Instead of winning by 40, the GOP wins by 20 there.

Utah easily. IIRC Tennesse gave Trump the highest popular vote raw margin victory.
