AFAIK - in Louisiana it's rather plus then minus politically....

AFAIK - in Louisiana it's rather plus then minus politically....
Among certain constituencies, yes. But it soured many Democrats on him pretty hard. The other part? He’s got a (D) next to his name.

OK but I'd he was up for election, I think we can all agree the disapproving democrats would still vote for him
