Justice, Manchin is running third party he hasn't endorsed Biden that's a clear signal he isn't running for reelection

It's gonna be a three way race Biden v Manchin v TRUMP get used to saying that

Nothing; its just that its hard to beat a sitting Governor in an open US Senate primary.

Justice is beloved by D's and Rs he was a Dixiecrat like Byrd was but turned R because WV isn't a Dixiecrat state anymore it's an R state since Byrd Died that's the clear indicator of what type of person Jefferson was compared to LBJ states rights v Fed rights

VA was a Dixiecrat state turned D state because of Doug Wilder
