Justice will win by more!
Reason: There is still a sizable Democratic Vote in Indianapolis proper, Blomington and the Northwest Corner of the State (Hammond & Gary)
Democrats in West Virginia do not have these kinds of Vote Pockets in the State anymore. Hillary Clinton & Joe Biden did not manage to win even a single County in WV during the 2016 & 2020 Pres Races. Now Manchin will win some Counties and he still can lose by 25-30 Points.
