I've been to Costa Rica four times, and it's one of my favorite places to go on vacation, so I'll pick it.  But, I don't have any firsthand experience with the other countries.

CDMX is maybe the best city in the Western hemisphere. It's only peers in that regard are New York, San Francisco, Rio and BA.
