Conservatives don’t care about being fair though. Hopefully it hurt the private pirates a lot though.

I wonder how many of the borrowers were responsible enough to pay down as much of their debt as possible during the zero interest years.

98% of the applications for student loan forgiveness have incomes under $75,000, and nearly two thirds have incomes under $40,000. It's a myth that this is a big giveaway to upper income people in anyway at all.
