I don't understand how this proposed law would work. Does anyone know?

If I refer to the kid in the next seat by "they" do I get sent to social adjustment? Does it only pertain to teachers? What happens to them?

I don’t know man.  I guess we’re gonna find out. This is no longer America. Looks like we’re not in Kansas anymore, Toto.

The planet in general seems to have gone stark raving mad. It certainly is making more salient my misantropic tendencies. Our species really sucks. Too bad I don't know the location of the looking glass.
