Dixie Groundhog Research: How are you feeling about South possibly getting rid of recalls?

Based on very similar results in those two regions in the previous poll (implying that non-Southerners think similarly on YT-related things regardless of where in the non-South they are), this time I am including Fremont and Lincoln together into one pool.
Please keep in mind that this is designed to focus narrowly on the recall power question and not on the wider constitutional package.
