In that big poll I made about new GOP house members certifying the election I realized that I left off Wesley Hunt. How would he have voted on the objections?

I think Hunt decertifies.

I think Luttrell votes with Crenshaw to certify.

While the three make up a suburban Houston GOP trio of young veteran congerssmen, the latter two are more "neo-cons." Hunt is the Trumpiest of the group.

Hunt has moderate optics but is a hardliner on policy. He's vote to decertify. I had low expectations due to the Cringeshaw endorsement but he's better than I thought, even endorsed Trump 2024.

Part of it might depend upon how much TX-38 swings. In 2020, it was Trump + 18 which at face value is pretty cushy, but this district has been swinging left, and it's not impossible to see Biden coming close to winning the district in which case, Wesley might read the writing on the wall. Rmbr, TX-38 is basically entirely suburban in nature; Wesley can't count on running up rural margins to win (albiet these are some of the most conservative suburbs in America).
