Disagree. Connecticut is quite conceivably the single most useless state - even if there are several (Florida, Ohio, Delaware, Oklahoma) that I dislike more. (Even you must admit that Florida is a useful quarantine zone. Connecticut has C+ pizza and the worst of the Law Schools, as argued by ideologues of all stripes.) Those in the New York metro should be forcibly annexed into New York. A deal can be worked out on the Senators.
