Best losing: Heck/Kander
Worst winning: Blunt
Worst losing: Kirk

2018

Best winning: Manchin/Scott
Best losing: O'Rourke
Worst winning: Stabenow
Worst losing: Morrisey/Nelson

2020

Best winning: Collins/Daines
Best losing: Ronchetti
Worst winning: Ray Lujan
Worst losing: Gideon

2022

Best winning: Murkowski
Best losing: Smiley
Worst winning: Hoeven/Murray
Worst losing: Masters*

*Oz was a worse candidate, but Masters was a worse campaigner. A somewhat underappreciated difference.

Masters was bad. At least JD Vance was already famous and has some charisma and speaking ability. Same with Oz. Masters wasn't famous and was awkard/creepy. He had Thiel's money, but there was no way he'd be a Senate candidate otherwise.

Oz was a decent campaigner. Mastriano was like the worst candidate ever and even Toomey would've lost with him at the top of the ballot.
