Even if you exclude all blue avatars, Atlas is still much more religious than you’d expect. Why are Atlas red/green/maroon avatars more religious/prudish than liberals on other political forums?

Most of Atlas is atheist/agnostic/none and I think we have a small handful of "spiritual but not religious" folks.

In reality, the Christian Left on Atlas is pretty small (alhough so are the extreme socons) but also not that unusual. Christian Democrats, left and centrist, pick primary winners.

But open atheists are overrepresented here, compared to the opinion polls.
