The thing is these indictments IMO have an underlying political motivation. They're obviously meant to martyr Trump and hand him the GOP nomination because he'll be easy to beat in 2024.
That's not how enforcement and independent prosecuters work. And certainly not something they would present to a judge or grand jury. And some of these investigations begun before Trump's candiacy for 2024 was even under discussion. People just need to recognize that Trump broke the law (and not just one law). He either gets indicted and convicted, or some people just need to admit they want a king who's above the law.
