It's worth noting that this is an issue that affects the whole Western Conference. Sacramento is currently the only team in the conference with a winning record on the road. This matters because home and road records are interconnected; if every other team is much better at home, that in turn increases the likelihood that any particular team is worse on the road. The Warriors are the most extreme case by far but not the only one by any means.

It's been a weird experience this year being a fan of the Warriors and the Maryland men's team (against top-200 teams, 91 at home and 09 on the road).
