The unending genius that is Rasmussen’s political desk has managed to uncover the truth of this race through their poll:

Their poll also indicates that 37% of Democrats agree Hobbs’ election was rigged and the majority of Arizona voters think 2020 was stolen.

Full release on the off chance anyone actually wants to read through this.

Somebody wake up Nate Silver and the other political pundits who continue to treat Rasmussen like a legitimate polling outfit.

Margin of error applies to both numbers, so it's not almost 3 times the margin of error, it's not even half of it.

As always, the question is whether they can provide any evidence beyond "feelings" ? Hundreds of people would have to have been in on this, and not a single one has had a change of heart or slip-up, or even confided in someone else who did?

Hobbs could've won by 30 points and Trump could've carried three states and the conspiracy theories would all be the same. As would ignorance about how opinion polling (doesn't) work, apparently.

* everyone who isn't a total partisan hack or MAGA cultist knows that Lake lost. I guess even some in the cult might know, but's no longer politically convenient to concede lost races.

Do the 37% of Democrats know the quote is from Lake? because on its own, you might think voter intimidation robbed Democrats of their right to vote.

Maricopa county used to be R under McCain it's a D county OHPI has Gallego comfortable ahead of Lake never trust Rassy and Trafalgar on WI, OH,AZ and NV polls they are pushing the Hunter Laptop

Big NY is pushing this WI and PA Trump pickup but I wish Barnes would run instead of Baldwin and Casey is undefeated

Facts don't care about your feelings, unless you’re a conservative then it’s feelings and facts are wrong.

Historically speaking, a lot of the most important revelations in history were made by people who bucked common thought at the time. Are you saying that Semmelweis shouldn’t have kept looking into things when everyone said he was crazy? Or that Jesus didn’t know anything? That the founding fathers were wrong for rejecting Monarchy? Rejecting the status quo and looking into things is how you find answers. Accepting everything that promotes popular opinion is how we become sheep.

Yes, the founding fathers collectively using their profound level of classical education and intellectual Brilliance crafting the Constitution and Bill of rights, is completely and totally analogous to the tin foil hat crowd claiming that tens of thousands of them illegal Mexicaners snuck in and voted illegally. Not a painfully embarrassing analogy to claim at all.

The Founding Fathers were the alt-right of the 18th century lol. The ones we remember were largely edgy youngsters, not grey sages like you imply.

I have no problem with people questioning things.  But it's incumbent on those who claim that things are not what they seem to produce actual evidence -- not just opinions.

The GOP's continued conspiracy theories in AZ, GA, PA is helping eliminate the PV/electoral college gap!

Considering Lake (+ Sinema) has dominated Arizona-related discussion around here, I wouldn't be surprised if some folks thought Lake is the current governor of Arizona even without delving into election conspiracies.

I wonder to what extent Democrats are starting to give "trolling" answers like this in polls, "Yeah, Joe Biden stole the election - and that's awesome!"

Kari Lake Declares Herself Winner of November Election She Lost Based on New Rasmussen Poll

Quote
Kari Lake, who narrowly lost the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, declared on Friday that she and two other GOP candidates who also came up short actually “won” according to a new poll by Rasmussen.

Lake’s tweet linked to far-right conspiracy website the Gateway Pundit, which ran the headline, “EXPLOSIVE: NEW Rasmussen Poll Reveals That Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake, Abe Hamadeh, Mark Finchem Likely WON The 2022 Election.”

Of course, polls taken before or after elections are not the same as actual election results, in which audits are often conducted to ensure each vote was counted correctly — as opposed to polls that use a random sampling of the population to model a likely outcome.

...

Rasmussen Reports carries a “B” rating from FiveThirtyEight’s pollster ratings and notably underestimated Democrats’ performance in the final 7 polls published before the 2022 midterms elections – including a late-October poll predicting Republican Herschel Walker would beat Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) by 5 points in Georgia. Walker ended up losing by 1 point.

She didn't win by 8, but the voting irregularities in Maricopa did cause her to lose.
