This doesn't impact much because the sole abortion clinic in ND has already moved across the Minnesota border but it does mean abortion is now legal in ND up until 22 weeks.

Interestingly, the article notes that four out of the five justices were appointed by Governor Burgum and one was elected in a nonpartisan election. I recall reading a little bit about his election and how he wouldn't give a straight answer on the abortion issue. But he's a former Microsoft guy, so I can't say I'm too surprised his priorities lie elsewhere.
