Quote
First-time Latino voters are outpacing first-time non-Latino voters in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New York, and Texas, according to a report first obtained by Axios.

The big picture: Nonpartisan and unaffiliated Latino voters are on the verge of becoming one of the biggest swing voter groups in the U.S. — raising the stakes for early and regular engagement from both parties.

The 2022 election showed the GOP making significant gains among Latinos in Florida but falling well below expectations in Texas, as predicted.

This plays well into existing data showing Hispanics trending Republican.  Prime examples are the Rio Grande Valley in 2020 and Florida in 2022.  A lot of this is resentment towards illegal immigration and culture war issues.  This is definitely something the GOP needs to utilize heading in to 2024.

Outside of FL, seems like 2020 was largely incumbency.

GOP needs to improve with WWC and white college to win the presidency.

This sounds like what people were saying in 2005. "Republicans will continue to dominate because people are moving up the social ladder faster, even as there are more people at the bottom".
