So while the motion to suspend is being voted on, I will close the vote and await the rules vote to certify the vote total.

But it clearly passes either 10-0-0-8 or 9-0-0-9.

Object. The ongoing rules vote must be closed before this can be considered final.

In addition, it appears Senator R closed the final vote prior to Senator Yankee's post.
If we are to count this vote, we must vote to suspend the Senate rules.
