It would be possible is if minority turnout increased heavily and shifted more Democratic. It would also be if White Working Class turnout sharply dropped.

Improving with both white college and noncollege is tough, especially given it would not be a blowout.

Provided that turnout among whites (college or not) is at historic lows and turnout among nonwhites is at historic highs and shifts hard to the left.

But that's just not going to happen with the current coalitions.
