Section A. This bill will be cited as The Modern Response Act

Section B. Implementation:
A. Every emergency dispatcher will provided with a work cell phone for the purpose of receiving texts for emergency help. Each station will have its own phone number and every phone will remain the same within that station.

B. Individuals will be able to text the number for help, particularly in situations where there is an active intruder/attacker who is within hearing range.

C. Dispatch can then send help to the individuals that need help.

Section C. Timing
This bill will take place effective immediately

Thank you Speaker Dwarven,

Far too many Lincolintes have found themselves robbed, attacked, and in other traumatic situations which could lead to violent retaliation if their abuser finds out they called the cops. This act will make the current response system more discreet, particularly in situations where someone's life is in danger.
