Probably somewhere in Central America or the Caribbean.  Canada and NW Europe are too cold (and so secular).  Australia and New Zealand are too far, so I wouldn't be able to visit friends and family.  Several countries in Central America and the Caribbean have both growing American ex-pat populations and growing evangelical churches, while also having warm weather and not being too far from home.

Realistically probably Canada. Moving to Europe would mean moving a lot closer to the biggest war since World War II. And I don't want to move to China anymore, because many of the things I fear might happen in the US are already the case there.
